Essex Joinery Limited are committed to ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of all our employees, specialist sub-contractors and factory visitors is at all times safe, this is delivered, co-ordinated and supervised by our in-house health and safety team.

For each individual project we provide a specific health and safety report following a full site inspection and team meeting thereafter, covering RAMS and highlighting any potential issues and rectifications associated.

Our site managers all hold SSSTS, SMSTS, PASMA, IPAF and Asbestos Awareness certificates and training is offered through refresher courses.

We also hold site specific daily briefings covering to impart key information and knowledge to not only our own operatives, but others working in conjunction with us.  Our aim is to ensure we keep health and safety at the forefront of the mindset of our workforce and generate a health and safety culture in the workplace.

We also provide Health Screening to our employees covering Lung Function, DSE users Vision tests, Audiometry tests and skin assessment.
